There’s a buyer for any effect at ~3.5 keys, which is about .4 higher than the next highest. I doubt they’re overly trustworthy, nor do i believe they should counter the low-end here given the amount of bot dumps this item has had. Keeping 3.35 in the range.

There’s also STN selling one for 4 keys, but I doubt this’ll be enough to counter the high-end here. If more sellers appear significantly cheaper than 5 keys, then 5 should be excluded from the range.
