Tough one, buyers are up to 9.5 keys, however nothing indicates that 9 was a quicksell. It feels wrong to go 11 flat when there are 2 lower sales out of 4 (sale at 9 and a dump), plus there's a seller at 10.52 even though in theory it would round up to 11 if it sold.

Taking these points into consideration, going with 9-11 keys for now to give this a slight raise ((9+11.45)/2=10.225 so rounding to the nearest key on both sides)
