The 12 Key sale only shows 11 Keys + 0.33 Refined, so that'll be too low.

In the absence of concrete evidence proving sale 1 here was 12 Keys or that the sale I linked was ~14 Keys (the buyout), 13 flat would work here.

The 12-key sale was likely a miscount on my part. Thanks for the correction. Will resuggest shortly.
