I used this version on medic for a while and it looked pretty cool. The massed flies version is sick too.

I think it would look sick with like, frostbite, or even some of the old hweens. I think knife storm would be a cute theme - maybe like he played (and lost) the knife game lol. Another reason for old effects to return.
