B/O drops through external sites (i.e: Listings that are not done through Classifieds key listings) are not valid in the basis that they are either rapidly volatile, or easy to manipulate by the site owner(s). In STN's case specifically, they tend to fluctuate their listing prices over a short amount of time, meaning this suggestion could be a key off in a few weeks anyway.
It's best to wait for it to sell in this case.
