Since the 40 Key listing was never old enough to hit a month (The data shows 6 days at least, but could be longer), it's not going to be valid to B/O drop this to 40 Keys. While I would say for now that this is best left outdated, if this hits the threshold for a B/O drop a second time (through Marketplace or otherwise), that resuggestion should be accepted quicker than the standard.
