Sellers on SCM and buyers on BPTF are around the same value, however a flat price definitely isn't the way to go here. 30 is definitely common enough to justify including in the range, however I'm excluding 35 and 36 since they're far apart, and 31 since one of the 30 key sellers has been there for 11 months. On the low end, excluding 23 but keeping 24 in the range since there are 4 sales at that value, proving that it's a common trading point. Also, other than the 3 buyers at ~26 keys on BPTF, all the other buyers are lower.
