Stn selling for 141, was sold to them for likely 115

Not really any other sales I'd take a rough mini as ~125 which would put the sale at ~80, but the sale is better used for the Shroud so I wouldn't use it here.

This seems alright, except for that your low end is 90 instead of 85 or 86? Is there a reason for excluding that sale? I'd go 85 - 105.

My initial reasoning was that it was a bit of an outlier due to the price difference, but upon looking at it all again I'm in agreement with you.
