Numerous buyers at 16 keys. An argument could be made that sales at or below 16 are common enough to at least include 16, and it’d be a bit weird to exclude 3 of 4 sales. However, I’d argue the scrap.tf dump has less weighting, given how quickly it re-sold, and the amount it resold for, they could’ve sold for more to buyers at the time, most likely. I’ll go with a tentative 18 flat for now, but willing to adjust if mods deem including 16 necessary.
