Obviously 28 is going to be way too low for the chullo. This is a bit undervalued with the only possible mini on the haunted dark helm being a buy order sale and a lack of sales on the tailored terminal, but even taking the sellers on both would only bump that sale up to ~56 keys, which would take the Sear Seer sale to ~60 keys.

As for the other sale I posted, I missed another 39 keys + ~1 key in metal/items in the compare links, in a different group to the one with 57 keys + killstreak kits. The outdated Dark Twilight taunt has no usable sales:
