"This range is far too wide. In a case like this, the outliers are going to have to be determined.

The 20 Key sale seemingly only took a day looking at the histories. While that alone isn't enough to determine that the sale is an outlier, the distance and the time of this sale relative to all the other sales does have to be considered. I would say this sale is an outlier.

I'm assuming that you acted as some form of middleman for Honeycomb, so in reality there's only a single sale at 40 Keys. Relative to all the other sales though, 40 is the most distant by a wide margin. There is an additional fourth sale from Midnight to Flan that is untraceable. With this in consideration, I would also call 40 Keys an outlier.

This leaves us with just the 26 Key Marketplace sale as the only sale that isn't too high or too low. 26 flat will be more appropriate here."
