Unfortunately, in this case I would say the sales are far too discrepant. 212 sales at 4 Ref, 127 sales at 8.11, 51 sales at 13.33. These are all some of the highest data points, so none of these can be reasonably ignored. But, making a range with any of these is not going to work.
This will have to stay outdated until the sales stabilize a bit more. You should close this.
