I'm not 100% sure how this will go as b/o drop requires a 15% drop. While 11.7 is a 16.4% drop, 12 is a 14.3% drop since it rounds, so we shall see what mods say.
Ironically, the reason this won't be valid is because it's currently unsold for an even lower price.

These two histories have potential sales that could be used. The best course of action here would likely be to contact either party involved and resuggest accordingly, since STN unsolds are very much not ideal for B/O drops.
