According to the sale data on Marketplace.tf, in the last 3 months, the pumpkin moon spooky head bouncers have sold 11 times. They sold anywhere from 132.95 USD with key prices at 1.83 (72.65 keys) to 139.8 USD while key prices were at 1.92 (72.81 keys).

Also, you don't need to include current listings in price suggestions - from what I understand only sales are usable for suggestions increasing item value. Just for future reference. :)
