You need to prove the value of each item involved in sale one, should be straight forward for the aussies but the woodsman price is outdated so will need a mini, you also may need to find a mini for the revolver

What is a mini?

A mini is finding recet sales to prove an item's value. For the Aussies using Gladiator.tf stats is fine. For the Revolver you can use sources like Steam Community Market and Marketplace.tf. For the Haunted Ghosts Winter Woodsman it would be better to make a full suggestion (if possible)
