Nowhere, Bp.tf takes the price of the base (no strange) unusual version of this hat. So I take it as Starting Point.

Yeah, if you want help to get into price suggesting, you can join the Backpack.tf Discord server and head to the suggestion-discussion channel. In the meantime, you'll need to close this and resuggest at 27 keys since it isn't possible to change the value on an already open suggestion
