Some unusuals are cancerous and have bad hats with bad effects. Downvote!

I try not not use cancer when talking hats but this hat is hated. Awful hat and low tier effect that doesn't fit the hat. Looking on outpost the spread seems to be 14-17 keys. Does his spread work, sure. But I think the current spread is good as well but the .73 & .48 looks awful.

if I was to suggest a price I would clean it up using 14-17 keys.
