There are a ton of offers on these. If you buy/sell unusuals, this is pretty much the given price for a HOUWAR. People generally price them at 10 buds, but there are people selling them for 9, and it's not uncommon for one to be sold at 9.

I'm only changing this because 9.4 is a weird number, and I feel like 9-10 is a clean range, which is the point of having the range feature. If there is any vehement disapproval to giving a price range to this, I'll take it down, but this is a common price to the HOUWAR.
