http://tf2finance.com/ It seems they are still being traded in the current range.
I got one for 26 keys + 1 ref today. Took me all of 20 mins to get it on tf2tp.
Pics or it didn't happen

That doesn't really show anything except a closed trade where you were buying buds at 26 keys + 1 ref. Can you show a screenshot of your inventory history?
Sure I'll I will do it. Are you going to close this suggestion after I do so? I really don't get why you don't believe me. Why in the hell would I not accept the offer of buds if that is what I wanted?
http://imgur.com/lobqd - Now close this price suggestion please. Making me work because I made a statement.
I have 127 people who agree with me. And I never 'made' you do anything, I just requested verification, and you obliged which I am most thankful for.
You aren't thankful. My proof goes against what you want. And you didn't request, you essentially called me a liar. I understand how this works, but jesus christ. Since when has the current suggestion needed proof, especially when it is something as common as buds? I'm not trying to change anything, you are. Why must I be the one being called to bring evidence of something that has already passed? End of rant. Goodluck, I am out.
What a surprise to be able to find 11 buds in OP's inventory.
Congratulations on seeing them! I really tried to hide em so uh good job. Oh and maybe if you checked out my profile you would have noticed that 1. I stated that I am saving up for an Unusual Hat and I am not selling any of my buds until then. Also what is the motivation for someone without the item in question to submit a price suggestion? There isn't any so ofcourse people with that item are going to want to see it rise in price. So, There are some people who try to artificially increase an item with an unjust price, and those who genuinely suggest a price because the item is truly rising or falling in price. I believe I am the latter.
Don't worry about what he said. It happened to me on all the Price Suggestions I did.
So since when does currency become stackable ? So if someone has ton of keys and make a suggestion at a reasonable price, you gonna complain that they are stocking keys too ?
Sold mine within a day after putting it up for 28, but then again I might have gotten lucky. A lot of buyers at 27, so upvoting.
I see them consistently selling at 27, not many at 26 anymore, maybe with quite a bit of digging, but price is defined by what an item can be consistently bought and sold for without too much effort. Support.

Downvoted. They're still out there.
Trade #1 was listed 2 weeks ago, and those buds have seemed to have changed hands a few times already... so invalid
Trade #2 is a valid example. Thanks for posting. However I feel as if it's a rare price to find at this time.
rare to see people buying for 28 keys, downvote
I bought one for 26 and one for 25 within the last couple days. One of them was mainly made up of metal. I can prove that if you don't believe me.
Yes please show. That's the point here right? We work together as a community to determine a fair price for items. :D
Even though I agree with a price change, the price range is quit big(even one scrap is big for currencies). These should be going for 27 but not 28. I can buy them easily on OP with 27
i agree no ones selling at 26, 27-28 seems more fitting atm for buds
Lots of people are selling for 26. What are you talking about?
27 keys is the common selling price, but I'm uncomfortable with having 28 keys in the range. Nobody, I repeat, nobody is consistently selling at 28 keys. I've seen about as many people selling successfully at 28 keys as are buying at 26 keys. If the upper range was 27.5 keys I'll upvote, but I'm going to downvote as the upper limit simply isn't common enough.
