How can you price something that hasn't ever sold? Also, wouldn't pricing this through unsubstantiated opinion mess up this guys trade and cause him to be lowballed. What is going on here? Please close this until it has sold. DOWNVOTED.
It's pricing based on offers. It's fairly common. You look at the offers the item receives, and then compare it the item to other nearly tiered items. This is where I got this price.
But offers are not over yet. So wouldn't this still be premature?
2 weeks of offers is a little early for pricing, particularly for a newer 10+ unusual.

lol if i turn down 16 in unusuals how can 12-14 be a good range?
"In unusuals" is normally an overpay (as you even said yourself), so I can't say that an offer in unusuals will be anything near the price you will see in pure.
