Problem with your 3rd link, he never sold it (take a look at his bp)... That said. your other links reflect offers of one bud flat being turned down and offers of 1 bud + a decent amount of sweets being c/o'd, and I think your range is appropriate so I'll upvote.

Well I looked in his trade history and he did indeed have another blizz noir, and in the trade he claimed to have sold for 2, but I saw no offers to that effect. And if we only have his word to go on, my default attitude is skeptical. Nevertheless, it needs a bump.
