I find the same thing, hard to get 2 scrap for it with the amount that drops now.

I've sold 3 of these for 2 scraps each since Dec. 30. Yes there are plenty of people selling them for 1 scrap, but plenty still sell for 2 scraps. The current range is fine.

But the fact that people are selling so willingly for .11 seems to warrant a price change.

Not if they're selling fine at both, which they are. The range is just that a range in which current sales are happening. And, the current range is fine from my own experience trading these in the last couple of days. Have you sold any? (serious question)

To answer, no, but I linked my proof, how about you link yours? I admit sales happen outside every price range, but that's a fact of the matter that can't be helped.

If these trades are happening on trade servers I've seen it happen myself,it's a different playing field, yet I don't think it's prices should affect everywhere else.

In trade rooms I can sell for 2 scrap but outside on outpost its a chore to sell for 1 scrap.

I'm kinda realizing this myself after I hopped on a trade server randomly, some guy sold for two scrap. Which leads to the question does this site show price ranges of all places or mainly price ranges of sites like outpost. They are different playing fields in their prices and I'm not so sure for myself about the overall complete accuracy of this anymore...

I've seen more than 1 person sell keys for 3 weapons. In fact I've seen people offer me 3 weapons for keys. Trade rooms are unique unto themselves.

backpack.tf represents the market value of items. It just so happens that OP is the easiest place to gather proof from, due to its large traffic volumes and the fact that all offers get logged.
