Ok, WTH is it the same price then if your bumping the price? Your logic confuses me.
'Bumping' a price can be used in several ways.
One of them is bumping it as in refreshing the time since the last update. You know, like when people 'bump' threads and stuff.

In unusuals, if a price isn't recent most people consider it to be inaccurate. Until backpack.tf allowed bumping and reconfirming for unusuals, it was largely considered a joke in the unusual community for having 3-6 month old prices on hats.
If the price hasn't changed in 5 months, people need to know that. Upvoted.
