Sold for 13 keys (or 14).

Low End: Got 12 keys offers pretty easily + some quickbuyers would pay 12 keys.

High End: There was an offer of 14 keys + a c/o of 14 keys. Every other effect is a bit higher than this suggestion and I'm only bumping it up conservative because I don't have much proof. Green Fetti has sold for 23 keys btw so you could bring in a small tier comparison. Also the lowest possible price for an unusual should be 12-14 keys imo and it's retired now. I hope this is enough to justify this.
