Conclusion:

-I have based the low end, 15 keys, on the price that this hat has actually sold for recently.

-I have based the high end, 17 keys, on the current highest offer in pure. I am going to assume that the 1 bud offer was an outlier, since none of the pure offers have been nearly that high.

the second link sold 1 month back for 15 robo keys, at that time, roboz where worth more than normal keys, Dunno :3
