price seems to be outdated. previous suggestion was basing price off lowballs which the owners did not accept. also out of the effect tier usually bubbles is less then steaming. bubbles is at 5-5.5. given that sometimes bubbles is higher then steaming and bubbles is semi themed on this hat, i will price steaming lower but i will adjust if given more proof.
