And for unusuals you should use the average value + unusual overpay rather then the high value, so no other offer is above 8.5 pure buds.

You are referring to the average value of backpack.tf's prices. Not the prices that the hats are actually going for on OP.

A range of 7.5-8.5 would be better atm. Or ask the other owner what he paid for it in the tf2-shop.

If we factor in past sales (which are better for determining prices than offers) This price is just a bit too high.
