Suggestion: Non-Craftable Secret Saxton at 0.33 ref

Yes, someone offered a refined, but people sell craftable saxtons for that as well. This isn't a normal suggestion where piles of proof can be shown, but instead something just to properly keep the price of this item up to date. AKA in tandem with a craftable saxton.

Yeah, it's an offer for a ref, I don't see where the poster's getting his ideas for the suggestion.

Besides, they're aren't that many, it's not like the common trading price can be decided if people aren't trading for it.

"169,723 copies of this item exist. / 5077 are not craftable." - so compared to craftable ones, these are quite rare which could increase their value for collectors. Whether their use is the same or not doesn't matter in that case.

Less than an page of these on Outpost. None have set buyouts, and they barely have offers at all.

That doesn't seem to agree with the price suggestion. It's very meagre however (only proof I can find of these selling, rather than being bought up). I'll remain neutral for now.

Okay, I went away from my computer for 15 minutes and come back to all of this!! Here's the deal. Yes, they are "more rare" than craftable saxtons because Mann Co. Store didn't distinguish between the two for a long time, therefore UC SS (secret saxton) are "new." The offers you're seeing and the trades about them are users attempting to exploit the lack of knowledge of other traders who think they are rare. I bought four of them for a reclaimed, which is the proof I posted and you can see those are the four in my backpack now. SS, whether craftable or uncraftable don't really change the use of the item because it's not rare and it doesn't change its function. Backpack.tf just cuts the price in half because it sees an item without a price that is uncraftable, the same way uncraftable weapons are worth half price without a suggestion needing to be made.
