I believe this is a good price range, considering ive sold many at 3 ref+
Traded 31 for 1 bud, and sold around 30 more at 3.33 ref each.
2 ref is a low price for these crates. If you put a trade up for 2.33 even, you will find a buyer within minutes.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8775337 <-- offer of 3 ref.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8726042 <-- at 1 key wont sell.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8888903 <-- 2 ref offers rejected.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8895122 <-- my personal trade.
my b/o is 1 key havent gotten much buyers. However ive been selling at around 11 crates for 10 keys
If you need more proof, i will provide more proof.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8768628 he said he got 10 trades.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7910371 bought 46~ for at most 2 ref.
= downvote
o.o i didnt buy for 2 ref lol.
No one has sold to me for 3 days now.
I buy crates from a friend of mine, who slowly finds crates on market and purposely sells it cheaper to me.
also look. He made it confusing. Hes BUYING, not selling.
the guy there thinks that hes selling.
yes those are buyers, but if you want to raise the low range than find buyers at 2.33 ref, or find buyers at 2 ref failing. and you do realize that 3 days ago someone selling to you means that you were successful at buying for 2 ref, and you buy from a friend of yours who finds for even cheaper, that means that maybe it should drop. 50+ at under a key on steam market, and some are about 2/3 of a key or so, high end is fine. http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Mann%20Co.%20Supply%20Crate?filter=1
Therefore since the market takes care of the high end not needing to raise, and you yourself take care of the bottom end not needing to raise, means that the current range is fine. with crates there needs to be bigger ranges because you can buy a lot cheaper than you can sell, you said your not buying at 'full price' but really full price is meaning the high end, and therefore you are buying at the low end, and your buying at 2 ref.
You've also gotten a few for as little as 1.33 ref within the past week. If people are willing to sell at that piece, I think that 2 ref is still acceptable.
yes but, the guy i get it from is a supplier. he never sells at full price.
2 posts willing to sell on your trade for 1.33. I'm talking about those.
those were a while ago. Check how long that trades been put up.
I only checked posts within a week.
that was before price was updated.
Still part of the recent market.
not to recent.
I haven't bought any #1s at 1.33 in a while.
Sorry, what does the term "supplier" mean in this case? It's not like he can produce them anymore. Does this imply he's able to constantly buy more for less than he's selling?
he occassionally sells to me, when he feels generous.
otherwise hes not exactly a "supplier"
I'll rephrase my question. Where does he get his supply?
he buys off steam market i believe.
Im not sure at what price tho.
scripting most likely...
he probably does. :/
i hate scripters xD
if you don't like scripters, don't buy from them. wish valve was more actively shutting those people down
or better yet, fix it so that when a user is selling to the market, the steam client shows you current prices on the same items. this would protect the clueless n00b thinking the salvage crate is just another crate and provide incentives for real trading in the market.
Yeah, they are from a scripter. I remember trading you a while back and asked you about the crates had and you said you get them from a scripter...
It's a shame you hate your supplier...
i do. Just check his bp.
He hoards keys and is ruining the whole point of steam market :/
3 days is in a while.
i didnt end up buying them. He ended up unboxing them apparently
Still a willing seller
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8773734
he sold for 2 ref. 6 days ago.
And that's counterproof for your post... congrats?
just curious. what is your problem?
I don't think he has a problem. I think he thinks your suggestion is wrong.
your probably right. Just i believe this is a good price for the #1s. Also his congrats counter proof post, was sorta a dick move.
Well you keep replying to me, so I have to justify myself. In regards to the congrats thing, I just don't understand why you'd put up counterproof for your own suggestion.
ah i understand. Sorry for any misunderstandings.
i just thought id let you know, because it seemed like you didn't believe me when i said he didn't sell to me :)
Did anyone else laugh at the bizarre amount of them he has?
and if you think that im using this price voting to raise the price.
Ive sold many at 3.33 over the 3 ref max.
which leads me to wonder if the price can raise.
Where's da proof selling for 3.33?
i can't prove that i sell at 3.33
But ive sold many at 3.33 just yesterday.
31 crates for 1 bud is around 3.33 ref each

nice trade on the buds lol
HE OWNS 46 HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA
not anymore lol.
Ive sold not all but most of them at
10 keys for 12 crates
it still sais you own 46 of them. Lol.
check my bp. Don't have 46 anymore
No, but as of now (2/28/2013, 10:24 AM PST) you still have 27 of em.
this just helps to improve my point.
I sold more yesterday 16 keys for 20 crates.
The original accusation by Mr. PipBoy 3000 was that you may have a conflict of interest due to your ownership of a large amount of them. You then made the statement that you don't have 46 anymore, where it implies that you had sold them all; My comment was made to clarify you do still have a significant stock, nothing more. If anything, that may make you more qualified to make this suggestion, since you have a vested interest in both a) an accurate price, and b) a higher price.
finally more people are starting to understand :D.
And?
OMOFMFOFMOOMG 1 rec profit dis IZ TU MUCH
Are you sayin that to me or the others?
To paranoid people who think that if you change price and you have items in your backpack your suggestion is wrong
Thank you, someone who understands.
I have 4 unusuals each over 4 buds.
I dont need little as 1 rec profit.
So to all those who are going down vote down vote downvote.
Im just trying to raise its price because i see it sells too easily at 2 - 3 ref.
All I can say is: Downvote.
Downvoted, nice try
i sold 10 more at 1 key each.
3.66-4.99 it crate #1 it rare and hard to get it so the price should be higher then lower
