The current price was set very long ago and needs adjustment.

Unfortunately, there are no other offers on outpost, but because it is fresh and the price is firm from the owner i believe it is enough for a price refresh.

Also, that hat, including that effect on it, doesnt have high demand.

    So you're saying that one person can change the price of an unusual? Ok, I'll buy that rag of his and sell it for 10 buds.


    But technically, the price he is wanting to sell it for is still in range, just below average.


    I'm going to keep it neutral, just because there are 23 other Massed Flies Rags waiting to be sold.

      I dont do it to change the price..but to refresh cos it's 7 months old...and btw i made a small adjustment.

      And... as he is willing to sell it less by himself, this means the demand is less.
