the 7 sale to the quickbuyer is a definite outlier

- Buyers for any hat at 7 keys

- Sold for 10 pure in a few days

Including 14 in the range despite it being 'unsold' at 10 for a while because:

- Seller seemed to be rather inactive (his trade closed due to inactivity)

- Had an offer meeting his BO (blizzy hetmans, outdated though)

- Sale for 14 took less than a week and was for an australium, generally considered close enough to pure (sold mine for 15 in a day)

Conclusion:

Making a range 10-14
