I went looking for a s.sandman on tf2outpost and it seems they are all either 4 ref or less here is my proof

needs better proof. one trade appears to have sold at a key + rec, but others have no evidence of a sale being made or disprove your suggestion. the bottom-most trade is a month old, when keys were worth less (look at the price of the flare gun).

there is already a much more active suggestion for 3-4 ref, i'm not sure why you posted this.
