Been selling these rather quickly at .22 each, so I looked on outpost for evidence that this price is out of date. Behold:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9134530 - selling @ .11 with 2 adds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9195753 - multiple offers for .22 and .33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7980990 - selling @ .44 with recent add
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7715094 - offer for .22
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8738431 - selling for .22 with multiple adds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8099055 - selling @ .44 with an add
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9304724 - unsuccessfully selling for .33 (2 days)

No #24 crates on classifieds: http://backpack.tf/classifieds/search/crate/1
The last vote on this crate got passed only because of a Steam Market link (really?). While I'm not too keen on using Steam Market for evidence, things have changed since then: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Mann%20Co.%20Supply%20Crate?filter=%2324 ($0.31 being the lowest)
Analysis: Most of the action is taking place between .22 and .33, so that's where I'm setting the range. Link #1 is an outlier and seems inactive. A couple trades at .44, but the unsuccessful .33 sellers give me pause about setting the high to .44.
Good proof, upvote.
I felt it was appropriate that I say something since I've been used as proof in your price suggestion. I haven't "unsuccessfully" sold crate #24's at .33 ref. I've always sold them at this price and I've successfully sold many. Anyway, 0.22-0.33 works as a good range in my opinion. I'd upvote, but I'll refrain from voting in this one.
Thanks for the feedback. I only listed you as unsuccessful because nobody had posted in your trade.
I've been easily (and successfully) selling these at 2 scraps for a while now. Due for a change; upvote.
