I've sold plenty of those for 1 scrap.
The problem with this method of proof is that an empty trade does not mean no sales or no offers. It just means no registered offers or sales in the outpost thread. Many many people just adds you.
For example the first link says it has 2 on stock, can you show us how many has he sold, ie. his stock a day ago? You can't. That's the flaw of your assumptions, you cannot know if he sold 1000 or 0. The same goes if he writes down "Sold: 10 at 1 key" are you going to just take his word for it?
First link has someone saying they'd take it. Last link sold it, I couldn't find it in his backpack.
Links 6 and 7 are the same person.
Buyers:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9431904 - 1 scrap,
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8617763 - no one selling for 1 weapon
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9421429 - .5 scrap, no offers
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8620838 - .5 scrap, has had some luck, only one person visibly saying for the rocket.
Tilting towards down vote.
The second link is most likely sold. The guy only has an uncraft rocket jumper left in his bp.
The trouble with this is people will say there's no proof of this selling for a weapon. I have gotten a couple here and there when I scrap-banked even a while ago, but it would be hard to find solid proof of it.
Edit: also I should say I did sell those jumpers for a scrap, but again, at least a couple months ago.
I sold many of those. But the problem with the proof provided is that an empty trade does not empty sales mean. People just add you and you negotiate through steam chat.
For example this trade of mine: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9318365
Just one "added" what does that mean? Nothing. Maybe the guy just lowballed me and I rejected, how do you know? You don't. And for the record while there is just 1 persons saying "added" I sold more than one of those using that thread. The others are not registered anywhere. How do you know that? You don't.
What if I wrote down the number of sales you'd say. Maybe I could write "Sold: 15 at 1 key each", would you take my word for it?
You just have no way to know except for the offers made on the thread. That's why an empty thread/lack of recorded offers means nothing.
No proof of trades at .05.
no one sells weapons at 1 wep each, all weapons are for sale at 1 scrap each
Rocket jumpers has always been a pretty damn fast sale at 1 scrap, but not anymore. I still have one up for sale and have been for a while now. I think you're right - this is finally just another weapon. Same goes for sticky jumpers
