the dapper stormy is getting offers of around 1.6, this person http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9556516 had a pure pure offer of 1.5 in just a few days, that already passed up the past price of this hat. This person http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9802450 got an offer of 35 keys that 1 bud and 10 keys again, that almost over the normal price.

Where is the 1.7 coming from?

That's not how the high end or low end work on this website. The high end is the highest document price for which a hat has been sold. Not what it could/should be sold, but a documented sale.

then i doubt someone hasnt sold one for 1.7 buds. Tf2outpost is where all the lowballs go on. When you have someone added thats when you actually get the real price of the hat. was offered 1 bud for my samur-eye , the guy added me and in the end he would have paid 1.4 buds pure

Again, this site is based on solid proof. We need documentation of one selling at that. Screenshots, links to trade offers, etc. Can't just say it has probably sold for 1.7 and include that at your high end. We want to give people an accurate representation of the price so that they don't overpay on a hat. Not base prices on conjectures.

Its not what people THINK its worth. It's what they would genuinely offer on it and what one has actually sold for in the last month.

1. 1.5 buds was accepted, like the guy said, by 5 or 6 people.

2. 35 keys is 1.34 buds. I would be way under your suggested "normal price".

3. 1.7 is not shown. Unless you are lowering the price of an unusual, unmet B/Os is not the high end

when i look at "high end and low end" i think the low end is the minimum the hat is sold for while the high end is the highest price an unusual will be sold at that is still reasonable. 1.7 could be obtained by one of those people paying 1.5 buds who added sweets. Also most people have a B/O of 2 buds and the 1.5 buds was only accepted by people who only go off of bakcpack.tf and thought that 1.5 buds was a great deal.

i spent a 1.5 bud unusual on it? a smoking samur-eye which is 1.5 buds. When i trade i usually use Pyroprotectme a server admin who is a very good pricechecker when i pricecheck my hats. He values this hat as 1.75 buds along with some other people on PPM servers www.pyroprotectme.com

because he is a trustworthy guy after failing to deliver a tf2r raffle and is totally better than backpack.tf

You got offered 1.4... which is in the current range if I am not mistaken. I see no proof to up the range by that much. Relist it with a lower range, and maybe it will get accepted.

i value buds as 25 keys which is what i buy them for so in my eyes its 1.5, in yours its 1.4

Either way, 1 bud 12 keys is still not 1.7.

Had a c/o of 1.6buds~ Retracted.

I admit selling this hat was quite a pain.

But in the end i sold it for a Max Head lv1. (Depends if you care it is dupped)

The 1.5 pure offer was retracted. The 35 key offer was rejected, and I don't see the 1 bud + 10 key offer, but blizz trophy belt is 1.4-1.7, which is around 1.4 pure. I'm not seeing any proof of the 1.7 high end. Since we only base prices on actual trades, without any selling for 1.7, we can't have it be the high price.
