Again this is the price for clean ones only. If you want to provide counterproof please make sure it's clean. Yes 12 buds is a common buyout, yes 12 buds is hard to get sometimes, but yes, 12 buds is doable. Some sellers would accept 11.5 buds though, but they most likely bought a 11 bud qs houwar or something like that and flip it for profit (yes 11 buds is a qs price for a clean houwar).
