10 keys pure + white EA (EA is 5-5.5 alone + 1 key for the paint) + white Tossle (1 key for hat + 1 key for paint) = 10+6+2

That is clearly more than 16, but you have to factor in overpay.

I was just looking at the prices of the Topis and saw this one had a red triangle by it. Seeing as I recently researched a bit about it, I figured that I'd just suggest the update.
