I have had about 5 people add me offering these prices for the hat. The first was 23 keys, then I got a few higher offers, the highest being 29 but the others were close to it. The only reason I still have this hat is because I really like it and it's not for trade.

So there is lower buyouts than your suggested high end. Even that doesn't prove everything it is all I need to downvote this.
