Going by Sir J-j-jon [Warrior of Redwall]'s comments on earlier post, lowering the range. I believe that it is higher than what it was purchased before because it was a fast sell of sorts and does not fully justify the price that it is actually worth.

However, it was purchased at a heavily discounted price given it's relative effect value to burning, and hence should not be put at a very low value just because of the most recent and quick sale.
