I was the one who bought this hat, and I feel the current range is low considering both what I paid for the hat, and my current offers.
I paid:
Sparkle Luger (17-20) = ~18.5
Secret Hotrod (10-12) = ~11
Nuts Crones Dome (3.5-4) = ~3.75
Sweets = ~1
Total: ~34.25
No need to factor in unusual overpay, because he made me an offer for the deal.I got unusual overpay on backpack.tf confused with unusual overpay on tf2outpost--still think the bottom range is fair.
Current Offers:
Secret Executioner if I add my Burning Hotrod (55-12) = ~43
Secret Team Captain if I add my Burning Hotrod (62-12) = ~50

Average of these two offers is about 45.5--and that's with less than a week on the market, I'll factor in unusual overpay for the higher end of the range.
Honestly I think this hat could go for 50-60 buds, although the offers don't lie. Burning Flames has sold for ~45 in the past, most agree that secret is a higher effect tier, and 1 of 1 doesn't hurt. Unusual Brainiacs are also typically higher than their Bonk Boy counterparts, and the suggested range would agree.

care to explain? u always factor in unusual overpay since backpack prices for pure
I always thought it was the buyer who would do an overpay if any. Doesn't make any sense if both the buyer and the seller "overpay".
unusual overpay indicates that what the offer is the pure value is 90% of that, ie i offer a 10 bud unusual the pure value i get to calculate price is 9 buds, so if i bought item x with that unusual backpack would end up pricing it at 9 buds. this make any sense? backpack prices r in pure only. hence taking into account item overpay

given your c/o's the range is ok, given only one sale dramatically raising the low end may not be wise. so think its fine if anything i think you could raise the low end since your c/o's r so high it seems to indicate to me at least that the "true" value is higher than what you paid for it
True, though I feel like I shouldn't make too much of a profit from just one trade--I got the brainiac because I wanted to wear it, not because I wanted to sell it. I agree that the "true" value is higher, but I'd sell at a loss of profit for a hat that I really wanted.
Looks good, I agree with everything you said, but unusual overpay has to be always included in suggestions, It doesn't matter what the seller wanted for it, but due to the current offers you have received, it looks like it deserves a bit of a bump. I also don't agree that Secret Moon is always an entire tier higher than burning, as they are all considered under the "god teir" range, and at times burning is worth more than secret, but either way, great job.

Doesn't look like Secret TC is 60 buds, trader in my link is looking for ~50~ And I have actually seen two for 35 pure each a month ago...
I've got no experience with executioner, though, can't say anything about that offer...
Unusual offers should always be considered as an overpay and I did notice any pure offer in that range so I'll downvote this time.
That same trader seems to have a C/O of $2200 which is ~63 buds
Apparently a week or two back, a Secret TC went for: Secret Brown Bomber + Beams Samureye + 10 pure which is also near the 60 range.
I'm not really here to comment on the price of other hats, though 60-65 seems to be the correct range for the TC.

2200$ Offer by a guy with no rep, no donator status and poor backpack? Also he offered paypal "account with 2200". Seems legit...
not really here to comment on his C/O's, just telling you how I got the price of 60. If you prefer, I could reference the backpack.tf price instead.
