I SOLD THE HAT. NO LONGER IN MY BP.
Buds valued at 21.5 keys. Unusual offers valued at 90% in account.
How I acquired this hat: http://imgur.com/xdarVuy Proof of effect: http://imgur.com/jwWyp4X
I traded a Stormy Jeepcap (1.45 buds/31 keys) for the only Green Fetti Jeepcap on the market and 11 keys + minor sweets
This puts the value of the jeepcap in my acquisition trade at 18 keys (20 x 0.9)
Also, the guy I bought it from had a 19 key collecting offer: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10460134
Today I sold the only green fetti jeepcap on the market for 21 keys.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10449450 sold for s.caber + 4-5keys (16 keys at most) 1 week ago
That sale was 1 week ago, with multiple versions of the hat on the market.
My sale was today. This site is supposed to update on the most recent prices of items.
I also don't think a range of 14 (Counting the caber as 90% of its value as it isn't pure) - 21 keys would be appropriate. A bit too wide.
1 week ago is very recent for unusuals, and your sale at 21 keys does not make this sale at 15 keys disappear. Though I have to admit that it might be considered an outlier. I'll upvote.
i have to agree with him^ 1 week is not a long time in unsusual trading
proof over a month old is considered invalid, while proof from last week is definitely good for me. I don't really like big ranges but this sale could potentially be an outlier.
