price last updated 10 months ago assuming that proof of last accepted suggestion was invalid
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9458166 only trade on op, seller doesnt want to sell for less than 3 but obviously doesnt matter
offers
bud+20 keys ~ 1.8 at time
smoking lucky shot (1.8)+ diamond wrench (0.15)~ 1.95
45 keys ~ 1.8
blizz swag(1.5)+ sf hunts(.4) ~ 1.9
planets jefe ~ 1.8
planets cannon ~ 1.7
bubbling milkman (1.25) + peace crown (1) ~ 2.25
stormy baker ~ 1.9
ofire merry (1.4) + 14 keys (0.6) ~ 2
ghosts fuka ~ 2.4
scorching sober (3.7) - bud ~ 2.7 but pretty outlier
smoking bubble ~ 1.8
steaming phantom ~ 1.7
considering amount of 1.8 offers it seems to me like a quicksell price and since this is 1 of 1 on op it's pretty low
offer of scorching sober is not really valid since it s 0.3 (12%) far from closest offer of ghosts fuka
therefore setting low end at 1.9 bit above all that lowball crap and high end at 2.4 offer of ghosts fuka
therefore just confirming 10 month old price that is pretty much more recent then one accepted just 2 days ago
if you have any counterproof (dont expect it) or you have opinion worth reading or some propose to resuggest feel free to comment
Supply and demand. If there's no supply for 1.9 buds, why would it be a bound?
It's 1 of 1 op unusual. There s nothing like supply. If you read my comment there is written that amount of 1.8 offers is pretty high and that s why i ve set low end at that price. Why do we set lower ends? Because offers cover some range. In this case there is no supply even for 2,7 offer but b/o means nothing
Nope. Ranges are not a necessity if an unsusual is 1 of 1. They're used when there's proof of succesful trades at different prices. You can't base the price on offers if they're being rejected.
there is no sale and I can base price on offers in this case. It doesnt matter if seller rejects offers but he cant get more. if he would say he wouldnt take anything else but burning TC it isnt worth burning TC because no one will offer anything even close. It s just shitty unusual and seller doesnt have to sell if he doesnt want but we cant set price according to seller. B/o means nothing at all if offers arent close. This hat is 1+ month on op and didnt get any offer close to his b/o. therefore he wants too much.

Once again, supply and demand. No supply at suggested lower bound. There might not be demand for his buyout either, but being a rare unusual, the owner pretty much has the market in a lockdown. Your previous comment contains irrationalities and give you no support whatsoever. Also calling the item 'shitty' only tells that you're trying to lower its price out of hate, not of logic and solid proof. For further use, b/o is for guidance towards the amount a seller wants for their item, or in some cases a firm price.
actually i m trying to lower the price because previous suggestion was accepted with no valid proof. i call it shitty because it is imo. anyway if there IS NO RECENT SALE so owner wants too much. i m not sure about irrationalities but b/o means nothing if there are no even close offers in month.
btw seller hasnt responded to offer up to 3 weeks old therefore we cant say if he would or wouldnt take offers
You cant lower the price only because some people lowballed...
if 100 people offer him a scrap.. the unusual worth a scrap?
No .
i m basing this range of proof i have since only proof of last suggestion was outdated price of scorching sober(i resuggested) but this hat is still outlier. Last known trade i ve seen is like 6 months ago. I said there is enough lowball at 1,8 and lower but I cant set it by one offer since everything else is proving it s in my range
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5031462
and sale was for 2 buds
anyway do you have better range, since only 7 offers were equal or more than my low end?
for all of you who want to complain
1. this suggestion was made since last suggestion with no valid proof for high end was accepted
only proof for higher end was scorching stunt(3.7) - bud ~ 2.7
one link in 1-2 months isnt enough to rise price by 0.5(or 0.3)
therefore I m not lowering the price, just updating 10 month old price, so dont complain about this
2. if you wanna complain about 1.9 low end i gotta tell you that most offers are under 2 buds, setting low end 1.9 to ignore all that lowball shit, i cant set low end much higher because at 2 buds it would be only 4 offers in range in 2 months, so dont complain about this
3. if you think it s 1 of 1 unusual and seller sets the price you re wrong. seller doesnt have to sell for offers but it doesnt means offers are lowball. we have nothing to compare with so we cant base price on sales, just on offers, if you re intrested how much this guy payed for this it was 2 buds like 6 months ago http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5031462 , so dont complain about this
4. yes there is 2.7 offer but it is only offer above suggested range and we just cant set price because of 1 offer unless it s sold for this price, so i call it outlier
5. finally this trade runs last 3 weeks only by autobump as you can see seller has no other trades and hasnt responded or hidden any offers,
your link 1 got an offer of a scorching sober for the elfin + 1 bud -- 2.9-3.3 buds, people are still offering above 1.9 and getting rejected
trade is running last 3 weeks only by autobump, scorching stuntman is 2,7 but is far away from anything else
except that stuntman there are only 5 offers higher than 1,9 and since guy thinks he can sell his hat for 3 buds he s rejecting anything less, considering only fuka (2,4) but there is still no proof of 2,9 and I wonder why was the previous suggestion accepted with no proof of higher end(2,9) , and one offer in like month or two is still not enough to rise price even to 2,7
even so you have to take that into consideration because all the offers at 1.9 were rejected
All offers were rejected.so please read my statement for complainers.
you can't base prices on offers though, only on actual sales
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5031462 do you call it recent? only sale of this 6 months ago
well fine then but he still has another offer of a haunted ghosts fuka -- 2.3-3 buds, anyways 1.9 is too low
what should be low end then? setting it to 2 buds is just pointless resuggesting and if I set it to 2.1 there will be only 2 offers if not counting outlier in 1-2 months
2 buds would be more reasonable
Actually I dont see point in .1 change onlow end. This suggestion is running for likeday and I say resuggesting by .1 is just wasting time and also there will be only 3 offers+ outlier above 2 buds. Do you really think its not pointless? Because I do. It makes like no change since 2 bud offers were rejected as well. Do you think it s that important to change low end by .1?
well we'll see what happens
i d say if last suggestion was accepted then there is no reason for this to be closed. i dont think mods will close this because of 0,1 on low end since it s pretty pointless. the main point of this suggestion is that previous should never been accepted but i m not sure regarding what mods have accepted. anyway do you up or downvote because i dont think 0,1 on low end is serious reason for downvoting
Last updated 3 days ago, there's no reason to lean exclusively on the worst offers to drop it.
Closing.
