Both unusual offers are in the current range because those are unusuals and overpay has to be calculated (their value*0.9). However, 13 keys pure is valid.

Side note: first seller think community is "wack" "these days" because his p fetti trophy belt was only valued at 9-13 keys with a 6 month old price. Funny.
