Just an old price and the hat with the B/O of 2 is really killing the 3 bud mark, which is why 2-2.3 is in the range, 2 because one of them is selling for 2 and 2.3 because the flies owner would most likely swap the bubble for a 2.3 bud flie unusual considering he has a flies attendant and unusual overpay, also the other owner values his hat at 2 which is what the price should be at.
