Going to attempt an update on this hat since I sold mine today. Seems this hat has not been updated in almost a year (last suggestion was because of buyers buying any unusual for 12 keys)
According to stats there are 10 in existence so it's tough to update with multiple proofs at the same time.

The low end is coming from the rubber glove (average of 17 keys with overpay calculated = 15 keys) and the high end is the price it sold for today in pure.
I searched on this particular hats history and I can't find any other sale data on outpost on it so this is going to be the only proof I can give. The current price is definitely out of date and I think this seems to bring it in line with the other effects and the fact that this is a rarer effect for this hat. (Edit) Plus the fact that Fetti as an effect seems to be gaining a bit more popularity...

I think it would be better with more offers on this hats, not going to vote yet.. But i agree, the hat needs a new price
Yup I agree, they just don't pop up very often.
I've been keeping an eye out for a bit of others out there for more proof but not seen any, so I figured today trade was worth a shot.
Plus the price I'm suggesting seems to be inline with other effects for this hat, so it's not like I'm trying to bump it over. It's not exactly a high tier hat/effect...
