Couldn't find sales, but offers are higher than current price. Offered 1.1 unusuals lots of times and 1 bud lots of times.

i think i have bought one in the last month sold in steam market for around 60 euro

bought it a bud.

Only one offer of around 1.5. Enough proof to up the bottom price to 1.2, but I see no reason for 1.5 when one of them was a money offer, he probably declined because he was either not interested in getting money or just didn't trust money offers in general. I'm not that experienced in suggesting so maybe if I'm wrong you could explain to me? :)

It's still an offer, regardless of whether it was $$$, buds or keys.

But wondering if it's enough to make the price to 1.5?

1 is failing. 1.1 is failing. Offered of 1.2, 1.4, and 1.5. Conservative bump.
