not using overpay cause he have made a 2:1 trade instead in this case i use the low end of both hats

the 2 is unsold but has a bunch of cancer effect at nice hats as offers

anywhere between 2.5-3 buds it is 1 of my favorite effect as well but at the same level with kill a watt i often find them lower than expexted

the only reason the guy sold it cheap was because he liked the hats and it was a profit for him. Wait for more to sell before making a suggestion.
