Sold it for:

Anti freeze robo tower (roboactive is 14.4, say 14) +

Scorching bubble pipe (outdated 15.2, one quicksold for 18 and the other wanted 20+, so 19?) +

Beams toque (3.5) + p energy HWAH (2.9) + nuts slouch (0.7) + white bills (0.4) + Blizzardy spartan (1.5) + searing shako (1.8) + logo pickel (1.1) +

Cloud 9 broadband bonnet (previous owner got offered 3, so 3) = 47.9 buds.

10% overpay (I think it's 10%, right? haven't been around for a while) takes it to 43.2 buds.

I also was offered a moon buto (22?) + a moon samureye (26?) for 48 buds in unusual, most of someone's bp (totalling around 44 buds), and a aces high KE (which was bought for 45-50), but I changed my outpost trade so no proof for these.

Tell me if I did anything wrong, been a while since I did one of these.

So did the scorching bubble pipe suddenly raise in price? That's new, I would like to see your 18 bud quicksell because I don't really believe this.

Anti Freeze and roboactive's prices may vary depending on the rarity of them. A quick check of the tower itself would be fine, prooving that 14 could be reached.

That moon buto was duped and is <20 buds usually. Moon Samurai is 24.6 here btw.

I was solely guessing on the moons rather than using them as proof. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13034159 was the one I was thinking of but it seems it didn't sell in the end.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12869072 was the one I received in the end, and I believe the previous owner paid around the 20-25 mark for it but I do not have proof of this. I just assumed some price closer to what they are asking for on the market rather than a 6 month old price which is 50%+ off current asking price would be more useful.

People like to highball. Find offers that proof that it is worth more.

Given there seem to only be 2 floating around, it's hard. One of them appeared once (drake's) and now has disappeared back, and the other one is the one I own. I haven't had it long enough to get an offer, Noon refuses to tell me what it sold for to avoid ruining the integrity of the hat, and Neutron has been offline for a while now.

Drake bought them with duped vintage earbuds, worth~15 (or lower) about the time.

The original suggested price for the bubble pipe was 16-19 buds btw, so taking the low end would be 16~.

You use the low end of an unusual to calculate.

When you suggest a price, you cannot use your own prices to price other hats, all prices of unusuals must be from the pricelist of backpack.tf

I was told it was midpoint value.

Average *0.9 is also fine (unusual overpay).~

That's what I did. 48~ in unusual, 43.2~ after 10%.

The bubble pipe should be valued at 17.5 (16-19 average) and not at 19, but that's only ~1 bud off, and voters strongly agree, I guess it's good enough.

aces high KE doesn't have a price and i don't think it would be 45-50 buds i think it would be around half of that if you follow the trend of the aces high effect.
