Conclusion:

I suppose we need to change the price for 1.0-1.3. There are just few moments-offers, where we can see something CONNECTED with 1.4, but I reality it is if we take the price of the offering items as their BEST OFFER. So, I think the price 1-1.3 is totally connected with this hat. If there will be problems in suggesting THIS price, we can change it for 1.0-1.4. Lets check what people think about it.
