Most of them dont have an offer/offer that isn't a lowball.
some people just take high bp.tf as their b/o, were not dealing with very high valued unusuals here, people do sometimes actually sell for their b/o also (more on low-valued then high ones though)

but on a lot of unusuals, even low tier ones, they put their prices above backpack.tf.
they do, but not everyone does.
only taking b/o's is not a valid way of making a price.
the offers aren't there either. highest i saw was ~15, and there were a lot of serious, non quicksale offers around 14 or lower

not on point but if there are even a few people who offer 19 occasionally, it should be in range, since you got no proof of sales or whatsoever, i'd have to downvote.
